The body on the Suburban is totally solid and rust free as any lifelong CA truck should be, and it never saw salt so it looks excellent underneath without trying to spray and undercoat the original sheet metal. The truck has lived its life in the Sunny SoCal climate and had always been well cared for and garaged. The rear 6 Lug axle and suspension case are all stock, and ride height has been modified but still maintains a smooth, factory ride. This truck has never seen any abuse judging by its perfect exterior and interior condition. Everything runs and functions as it should.

The interior is in great shape all around. The windshield is in very nice condition and the glass is chip free. The tan leather late model power bucket seats are all in very good shape and look like new. All dials and controls function as they should and are illuminated at night. The sound system is upgraded and remains crystal clear. The rear rows are great to carry extra passengers, and all five seating positions have seat belts. Carpets are all perfect with no ware spots or damage. The rear compartment and carpets are in such clean condition!

Mechanically, this 'Burban runs GREAT! It starts right up and shifts great. The 7.4L V8 engine has never been neglected and runs like a top with a nice growl from the exhaust! This is widely known as being THE best Gasoline motor for towing. The larger engine pairs up nicely with the rear-wheel drive to make this truck complete. Every mechanical system on this truck was gone through and given a clean bill of health. The engine compartment was fully detailed to show condition. The truck is tight as a drum and doesn't leak a drop of anything other than a little oil from the rear main which is common. Everything under the hood is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition and polished aluminum parts are used throughout.

All in all, this is one of the cleanest and well put preserved Suburban's that I have had the privilege of being associated with.
